Reliable – insulating – quick assembly

A formwork which is made from expanded polystyrene, allowing the basic pool to be constructed from simple blocks, strengthened with steel reinforcement & then filled with concrete. The accessory pieces allow you to create almost every pool imaginable. The insulation value of the block system is much greater than traditional construction methods, leading to lower heating costs & savings on energy. The concrete fill may be pumped in up to a depth of 1.75m.

Step by step

1. Excavate and prepare for concreting
2. Fix relevant steel reinforcement
3. Pour concrete for pool base
4. Finish base to the desired level
5. Lay the first row of Formworks blocks on a mortar bed
6. Install the reinforcing bars
7. Glue the following courses of Formworks together
8. Complete the installation of the reinforcing bars
9. Light niches and other wall fittings should be placed during construction

The thermostone plus

The thermostone plus has all the same characteristics as the renowned traditional PS 40 thermostone, but we added an extra layer of PS80 at the pool side.

This extremely hard layer will protect even better against indentations and deformation.
